Review
"Is a wind of change blowing through the art world?...Edgeworth Johnstone's work was placed on display in the Tate Modern Turbine Hall for the gallery's 10-year anniversary"
Hugh Muir, 2010 The Guardian http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2010/jun/15/hugh-muir-diary

"Edgeworth's paintings are deep and emotional with an incredibly adept use of colour; often bold and confident, reminiscent of Matisse's later paintings."
Sabina Lucia, 2010 - http://sabinalucia.com/2010/05/

"continues to amaze and delight. It's fresh, surprising, full of creative vitality."
Nick Young- Broadcast journalist, US- http://nickyoungart.blogspot.com/

"The steady gaze of the Hundred Year Old Man; strong red figures in Animated Conversation; A Bullring showing the defeated silhouette of the bull: all capture the essence of their subjects."
Sheila Armstrong, 2010 The Archer - http://www.the-archer.co.uk/archive/2010/2010Sep10.pdf

"There is so much going on yet everything is in harmony."

José Luis Zorrilla Campos (Spain)- http://yaye.artelista.com/en/

"The art totality moves me. It makes me pensive. The man in brown who looks like a reflection in glass on a rainy day...on the verge of sadness, like they lost something a long time ago and never got over it."
G. Singh, M Ed

"Awesome paintings with marvelous style."
Basant Soni - http://www.basantsoni.blogspot.com/

"An inspiration. Daring and free."
Ablo - Maldives

"It speaks to me. My association: cello etc. heaven; a joint effort with precision from each member (all of us after playing our own little instrument in the orchestra of life). Painted in shades of melancholy and humor, wonderfully inspired by unconscious world of thoughts, dreams and perception in fanciful and nightmarish images. a tribute to all kind of heroes, inc. fallen heroes, with prayers, tears, and song."
